This is a demo-style class taught by our very own Chef, Nick Walker, using local chickens from Lonestar Ecogreen Farm located in Sulphur Springs. The class will cover whole chicken anatomy, breaking down a whole bird, and understanding the different tools, cuts, and cooking techniques along the way. All in-person attendees take home a whole chicken so they can practice their new skills!
