Beet & Carrot Juice

Here's a recipe for beet and carrot juice that is both healthy and delicious:


Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized beets, peeled and chopped

  • 4 medium-sized carrots, peeled and chopped

  • 1 apple, cored and chopped

  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

  • 1-inch piece of ginger, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup of water

  • Ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped beets, carrots, apple, ginger, and lemon juice to a blender or juicer.

  2. Pour in the water and blend until smooth.

  3. If the juice is too thick, add more water to reach your desired consistency.

  4. If you prefer chilled juice, add ice and blend again.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: If you find the juice to be too sweet, you can adjust the flavor by adding more lemon juice or ginger to balance it out.
