Farmtender III

MIX, MINGLE & MUNCH with a group of 50+ like-minded industry folks while learning about sustainable, zero-waste cocktails! Tour our greenhouses and become inspired by the 30+ hydroponically-grown HERBS, MICROGREENS & EDIBLE FLOWERS that we grow on our farm, and explore how to incorporate these beautiful plants into your cocktail program. During the cocktail lab you'll be free to play and imbibe alongside our wonderful spirits partners and sponsors; using ingredients, tinctures + infusions from the farm.

The day starts with a badass lunch served by TBD Restaurant in Downtown Dallas. Then you will board a cozy motorcoach and head up to Profound Microfarms in Lucas, TX (45 min drive) while you enjoy some ice-cold beverages & learn about the awesome brands we are working with. After the farm tour, we will head over to the Profound Foods Kitchen & Event Space in Fairview for the cocktail lab. Several bar stations will be set up with spirits, mixers, ice, bar tools, and of course farm-fresh herbs and more. Mix, drink, and be merry! Then it's back on the bus to Dallas by 5:00/5:30pm.

A couple of tips...
- Closed-toe shoes are required while on the farm.

- Dress weather appropriately. 
- PLEASE IMBIBE RESPONSIBLY!
- We recommend using Uber/Lyft to and from the pickup spot downtown.
- Tell your co-workers and industry friends to join you and get their tickets ASAP this event will sell out. 

- For our Collin County Bartenders - we do have the option to skip the lunch and meet us at the farm/kitchen for the tour and cocktail lab.
